The prices listed above include a high quality lock provided free of charge at the time of rental for each unit door.  A damage deposit (currently $10.00) is also required at the time of Rental.

Your rent is due in advance on a monthly basis.  Late fees will be charged if your rent is not paid on time, and we will place additional locks on your doors until your account is in good standing.  Delinquent and abandoned unit accounts are subject to content seizure and auction after attempting to notify you.  It is your responsibility to keep us up-to-date with correct information about how to contact you should it be necessary for emergency or other reasons.

You are responsible for obtaining insurance on the contents of your unit; you should contact your own insurance agent to make arrangements.
