We have a modern, well-maintained Self-Storage Facility with over 600 units conveniently located adjacent to our Manufactured Home Community. We offer both Climate-Controlled and Standard units in three convenient sizes. Our facility is easily accessible from Interstate 20, Thomas Road, and the area surrounding West Monroe and Monroe.
Our wide, well-drained, concrete drives with no overhead obstructions accommodate large, tall vehicles and trailers. Access to your unit(s) is easy; you may park directly in front of your unit(s). You rent the unit(s) on-site at our office located at the main entrance. We rent at attractive rates on a monthly basis. At the time of rental a deposit is required. It is refunded to you when the unit is properly vacated and left in a clean, undamaged condition Residents of our Home Community receive a rental discount when renting a unit for their personal use. We provide high quality locks free of charge at time of rental. You are the only person who has the keys to your locks; we do not maintain duplicates. If you lose or misplace your keys, contact us and we will cut the locks for a small charge; you are responsible for providing replacement locks or you may purchase them from us. Do not attempt to cut the locks yourself. Our perimeter-fenced facilities are well-lighted at night. The gated access entrance is unlocked from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM every day including weekends.
