Self-Storage rental marketplace, while optimizing the return on

Philosophy:

homeowner desire for a clean, decent, affordable and
respectable residential community.

which are open to two way traffic and free of parked
vehicles.

provides home access free of mud or dirt.

promotes friendliness and congeniality.

Reasonable Guidelines
that promote peace and quiet.

Fencing and a
Neighborhood Watch Program that enhance security.

Standards for home
construction, appearance, and maintenance, including add-ons
such as porches, covers, and storage buildings.

Underground utilities
that leave the overhead free of unsightly poles and wires.
