  • A community that has permanent and durable streets, curbs and driveways. Streets which are open to two way traffic and free of parked vehicles.

  • A concrete driveway for each home that allows for adequate off-street parking and provides home access free of mud or dirt.

  • An atmosphere that promotes friendliness and congeniality.

  • Reasonable Guidelines that promote peace and quiet.

  • Fencing and a Neighborhood Watch Program that enhance security.

  • Standards for home construction, appearance, and maintenance, including add-ons such as porches, covers, and storage buildings.

  • Underground utilities that leave the overhead free of unsightly poles and wires.

  • Owners and Management that believe in and practice fair dealings.
