residents own their homes. We rent home sites (lots) for
owner-occupied manufactured homes; no third party rentals
are permitted.

must be recently manufactured and in good condition; modern
manufactured housing units are built to meet high
construction standards similar to those for conventional
"stick-built" homes.

various sizes and rates for home sites that will accommodate
single-section and multi-section manufactured homes.

set of amenities and extras that exceed those provided by
most other facilities.

of "Community Guidelines for Occupancy, Living, and
